Designed for use as a geothermal retrofit drilling rig, the AXON DCT 150 V is a track-mounted unit complete with a remote mud pump and mud cleaner system, captain’s chair, and can be controlled remotely during moving and set-up. The DCT150 V is ideal for 200 - 300 ft. deep geothermal heat source wells, where space and access can be limited.
The AXON DCT 800 V is a track-mounted mobile unit complete with an onboard mud pump, radio control, and variable position mast. Designed as a fit-for-purpose unit, the 800 V is ideal for use in low pressure, shallow-depth wells. The unit is easily adapted for use with e-line and hydraulic lines for downhole tool and communication functions.
A trailerized unit complete with an on-board mud pump, enclosed cabin, radio control setup and variable position mast, the AXON DCT 800 VTL is ideal for low pressure, shallow depth wells, and directional drilling. The unit comes equipped with an elite 80,000 pound capacity injector head, fluid swivel, automated levelwind system and CT stripper.
AXON CTU 600 CC-4 Coiled Tubing Units are designed specifically for well servicing applications in Zone 2 areas. Specialized and custom control systems are available to meet customer requirements and specifications. In addition, unique maintenance-saving features are incorporated into the skid design.
